The de Almeida Wranglers Open Up Their Spring Season in Ottawa!
Our 2012 Wranglers kick off their spring season as they are in the nations capital this weekend for some Senators AAA Spring Cup action! This is the weekend schedule for our crew!
In just a few moments our 2012 Wranglers de Almeida team will hit the ice, marking the beginning of both the Senators AAA Spring Cup tournament, along with their spring hockey season! Against who you may ask? Well the Wranglers will take on the SSHD AAA 2012 Red team at 11:50 am for their first ever game! Later in the day they will be back in action as they do battle with the Neil Stars at 5:45 pm!
Tomorrow the action continues as they are set to face the Valley Elite Jr Wolves with a late morning clash at 11:15 am to close out their round robin play! But just because the round robin is done, doesn't mean the tournament is over for our 2012 Wranglers. They will automatically place in a semi-final matchup to determine whether they will play for bronze or for gold Sunday with that game either being at 4:30 or 4:50 pm.
