The Kingston Wranglers made franchise history this past Sunday, securing their first-ever USPHL victory with a thrilling 3-2 win over the Canada Division co-leaders, the Montreal Black Vees.

The Black Vees struck early in the first period, with goals from White and Grenier giving them a 2-0 lead by the 4:52 mark. The Wranglers battled back, with Nicholas Catena scoring on the power play at 17:27, assisted by Yehor Chyzhevskyi and Aristidis Panoskaltsis, to close the gap before the intermission.
The Wranglers took control in the second period. Cameron Thornhill tied the game at 3:25 with a feed from Chyzhevskyi, who then delivered the historic game-winning goal at 9:57, assisted by Catena.
Despite heavy pressure in the third period, the Wranglers held the Black Vees scoreless, thanks to a stellar performance by goaltender Aristidis Panoskaltsis ('04/Montreal, Que.), who turned away 45 of 47 shots to secure the victory.
