2009/10 Wannamaker Takes On Champions Cup of Canada!
The Wranglers were up in Oakville this past weekend challenging the Champions Cup of Canada! Here's how it went down from the GTA!
The opening game would see the Wranglers go up against the Rebellion Hockey 09 and would see the Wranglers fall 3-1. Game 2 of the day would see a clash with the Vaughn Stars 09 squad and would finish with a 6-1 loss for the Wranglers.
Day 2 would open for the Wranglers with a meeting with CMS Hockey 09 which would end up as a 6-1 loss for the 09-10 Squad. The last game of the round robin would see the Wranglers battle it out with the Vaughn Stars 09 again, and the Wranglers would come up short with a final score of 5-0.
The Wranglers would look to turn their luck around for their playoff game as they would be matched up against the Rebellion Hockey 09 team yet again, and this time the Wranglers would come up on top as they would win 4-3!
